Learn Green 2 Live Green, a California based Green Educational Company, is dedicated to training Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Professionals, Solar technicians, Contractors and related skilled workers green applications. With materials and structure provided by the Green Mechanical Council, "LG2LG" provides testing opportunities for graduates of the training. In Cooperation with Ferris State University, certificates may be issued to successful graduates of the program.
LG2LG also coordinates with two nationally recognized "Green" job placement entities to assist certificated graduates in finding jobs within their areas of expertise. LG2LG also enjoys the support of government permitting and "building code" entities nation wide.
Contractors who go through the program are updated as to new "green" code requirements and practical applications that assist inspectors in evaluating their work. Clarity is provided regarding "LEED" standards, Green Globes evaluation tools, and local building assessment tools.
